1. Which courier company do you use?How soon can you ship the goods?

We use Toll or Au post.We will process (the order/shipment, etc.) on the same day or the next day after your payment is made; Weekends and statutory holidays will be excluded, and the shipment will be delayed to the next working day.

2. How long is the warranty period?

Our warranty period is 2 year.（The battery, motor and frame all come with a 2-year warranty）

3. Do you provide local repair services in Australia?

Our Repair Process

• For Minor Issues (Fastest Solution): For simple maintenance, we recommend a DIY approach to save you time. We will provide the replacement parts free of charge and offer technical guidance to help you get back on the road quickly.
  
• For Complex Issues (e.g., Motor ): For major technical repairs, please visit our professional service centers in Australia. Once you have booked an appointment (processed within 3 working days), you can drop off your vehicle at our designated locations:

  Newcastle: 289 Hunter Street, Newcastle, NSW 2300
  
• Zero Cost to You: All parts and labor costs incurred during the warranty repair will be fully covered by us.
  

4. Do you offer self-pickup?

Yes, self-pickup is available.

5. Can I assemble this e-bike by myself? How long will the assembly take?

The e-bike is shipped 85% pre-assembled. The only remaining step is installing the front wheel, which takes approximately 30 minutes under normal circumstances. A step-by-step installation video is available for your reference.
